1. What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, the exam track you're interested in, and (optionally) your child's class or expected exam year. We do not collect payment information at the waitlist stage.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information solely to (a) notify you when Geniusowl is available for pre-order, (b) send you product updates roughly once a month, and (c) understand which exam tracks to prioritise.

3. How we store it

Waitlist data is stored on our secure backend with row-level access controls. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We retain it only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose above.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data or unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@geniusowl.in. We'll action the request within 7 working days.

5. Children's data

Geniusowl is purchased by parents for their children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 18 at the waitlist stage. Once the product ships, separate consent flows will apply.
